Not getting all options in User Preferences - Calculations Tab?

On User Preference - Calculation Tab, it appears that I am not getting all the options under the following

When a resource and role share an activity assignment

I do not get the "Ask me to select each time i assign" option

I am using P6 R8.2 (stand alone version)
