Unable to find a new Tax classification Code previously created as lookup code.

I'm trying to define a new Tax Rate for Payables and another one more for Receivables.

I want to see only the Tax Rates for the module I'm working with, this is, for Payables and Receivables separately.

Found several MOS notes about how to accomplish this (Note:756985.1, Note:1421003.1 and Note:1385394.1) but didn't help.

However when I define a new lookup code for AP (with zx_input_classifications as lookup type) and for AR (with zx_output_classifications as lookup type)

they are not listed in the list of values (LoV) for the Tax Classification Code at Tax Rate creation time.
