excel output missing one character in WEBADI

I have an FSG that is removing the last character or number in the first column of the report.  When i run the report in Report manager with text output i receive all characters.  It only happens when running the output via WebADI.  We are using the seeded Generic FSG Template. 

I am attaching the output from both the Report Manager Text as well as the WebADI .xls output.  Let me know if i need to be in GL community.
