Content Set producing all zeroes for an output

Hello all,

Long story short, when I create a content set for managers it produces only the template when associated with a specific user. It's a MGMt YTD report.

If that user is not associated with the content set, they can run it just fine. If I make a brand new content set, and associate with users, it doesn't work.

They're doing it through a report manager, but AD Hoc does the same thing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
