shortcut icon/link to run reports in oracle r12

 Hi,
Please suggest me, as how to create a shortcut/link to run oracle reports directly in Oracle R12, without following the the navigation 'View>Request>Submit a New Request>Ok>XXXX'.

For Example, If I want to run report like  'AA Customized Printed PO (Portrait)' in Oracle Purchasing, I would like to avoid the whole navigation(View>Request>Submit a New Request>Ok>AA Customized Printed PO (Portrait)), but instead I am expecting a shortcut on desktop.

Your suggestions will be very helpful.
