Question on Opportunity in Real time reporting

I have a combined analysis created in the Reporting area of Advanced Custom Objects that combines Opportunities with a custom record type of Sales by Account.  This month when I ran my report several opportunities that were marked Closed/Won were missing,  The only thing I see odd on a few of them is that the user created  and marked the Opptys Closed/Won at the same time and the Audit trail only shows the Record Creation not the Closed/Won update.  If I create the same report under the Opportunities Reporting section (without the combined sales part), I can get them to
