How to Handle the Reduced EI Rate Change for Quebec Employees in 2013?

Q: The EI Reduced rate for Quebec employees changes from 1.47 to 1.53 for 2013, how does the system handle this change?

A: The program that handles this change is not included in the T4 year end update.  You will need to apply the code change appropriate for your release to incorporate the change before running the first payroll in 2013.  See document 1515604.1 on My Oracle Support for more information.
