Depreciation not transferred to GL

Hi,
We just moved from Oracle R11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3

We got the issue that we couldn't send all accounting info from Assets to GL due to poor performance of the Concurrent: Accounting Program - Assets
So, we applied some patches in our test instance and now almost all Journal Entries were transferred from Assets to GL, only the depreciation info is not in GL.
I checked the XLA_AE_HEADERS and XLA_AE_LINES for the depreciation info and it is there, but I do not know why the info were not transferred to GL, is there a bug? are you familiar with this issue?
