Want to change the default destination type to from EXPENSE to INVENTORY

Hi,
Anyone aware how to change the destination type from EXPENSE to INVENTORY.

When i open a new requisition and click on the lines the destination type defaults to EXPENSE, i want to change this to INVENTORY.

I tried oracle support search, but they say it cant be changed as per the below note?
