[ARM] Enhancement Request - Setting Questions / Instructions for Preparers Only OR Reviewers Only

Hi,

In the current ARM system, within a format(or even profile) "Reconciliation Questions" can be set that is update-able only by a Preparer (and not by reviewer). If there is a requirement which demands reviewer questions, then only way out is attribute (this is the only feature that allows "Reviewers Only" and "Preparers Only" setting).

It will be helpful if an enhancement could be made to allow the Questions to be set with options "Preparers Only", "Reviewers Only" OR "Both".

Also, Instructions within a format/profile is displayed in common to both preparers and reviewers. It would be helpful if the instructions can segregated for Preparers and Reviewers (as a Preparer, user shouldnt be bothered with instructions for Reviewers).
