Hi Robert: Welcome to the new EBS Patching community.

This thread will address your following issue -

We want to fix the problem described in patch 9704112, which has a prerequisite of patch 6312934.  6312934 has a post patch step to manually deploy the listed processes into the BPEL Process Manager and refers to the 'Retail EBS Integration Guide'.  The guide instructs to log onto BPEL to deploy the processes.  We don't use BPEL or Retail?

How can we apply patch 6312934?
If we don't use it, do we need to deploy the processes?
