VPC Team member opened this thread for the customer.

The patch 9804071:R12.JL.B is applied to our development environment,
however we received the following errors:


The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au      resource        APPCORE.pll

Compilation errors on CALL_ALL_LIBRARIES:
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 79, column 11
Statement ignored
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 94, column 9
Statement ignored
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 126, column 7
Statement ignored
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 0, column 0
Automatic recompile of Procedure Body CALL_ALL_LIBRARIES failed

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

oks     forms/US        OKSAUDET.fmx

FRM-30087: Unable to create form file
