How to extend OCFS file system

edited Dec 19, 2012 11:55AM in Linux Operating System (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered
Good day all.  I'm a newbie to this Community and also new to OCFS.  I am familiar with clustering using Red Hat cluster and MC/ServiceGuard.  I currently have a 2 node OCFS cluster and everything is working well.  I have been looking for information in how to extend the ocfs2 filesystem.  Are there options like lvextend, resize2fs and gfs_grow?  If not, how do you resize an ocfs2 filesytem?   I forgot to mention that I'm using 2 OL6 VMs.  The 2 VMs are sharing a 4G sharable virtual drive allocated from OVM.  The kernel I'm using is 2.6.39-300.17.2.el6uek.x86_64.  I'm using OCFS 1.8

Howdy, Stranger!
