Is there a way to quickly remove a Software Library?

Hello DBAs:

I accidentally configured a Software Library in EM Grid Control 11.1 before we decided to upgrade to EM 12c (12.1.0.2).  I would prefer not to have the library or work around it existing.  Is there a quick way to remove it cleanly without having to delete each component and directive it created?  There are hundreds of these components and deleting them one at a time is very slow.  I cannot remove the remove the software library from the Administration tab.  The error message is "Unable to remove the directory location '/u00/software'.
