adutlrcmp.sql hangs when running ADPATCH or ADADMIN

 Hi,

R12.1.3


While running a patch , the adutlrcmp.sql run for infinite  , we will try to run compile appas schema from ADADMIN 
and the same ....

Not any other detail provided yet even though it is a sev1.

Suggested them to review
ORA-03113, ORA-03114, ORA-01041 While Running "adadmin", "adpatch" or "adutlrcmp.sql" (Doc ID 1125213.1)
Note 756063.1 Title: How to Troubleshoot "adpatch" Performance Issues: Slow, Hanging or Crashes

No ORA- Errors.  It just hangs........... that is all we have for now.
