Dear Team,

We configured f9 functionalities last week .. till yesterday it was working fine when we press f9 default MS outlook email window appearning . But since  yesterday when we click f9 POP UP recipent / attachement appearing when we click ok.. no action [ No MS outlook email body is appearning] .

Checked all the configuration [ Both at compoenent level and also Tool- User prefernce - outbound communication ] all appearning fine..

Any one face this sort of abnormal issue.
