ASM Disk Full

Hi guys , I am hoping you can help.
We are running Oracle 10gR2 on Solaris 9 ( 2 node Oracle RAC).
The ASM disk space has only 7GB free and we are migrating to Oracle 11G but process is slow
as we need to validate our applications etc --
Unfortunately this system is reaching end of life and all tables only belong to the USERS tablespace --
we have a table called scan which is longrow -- we can delete records from it but can not reclaim any space even if we do this i.e. can not shrnk / compress longrow tables (it contains blobs)
