Patch 13833481: Error While applying patch 13833481
Hi Team,
Customer applied patch 12429587 (prereq to 13833481) to a test instance called SUPPORT, but as they applied patch 13833481, it failed on what appears to be the last job of the patch, PACOSDFB.pls, which tried to create PACKAGE BODY PA_DATAFIXES_UTIL. They tried to run PACOSDFB.pls manually using sqlplus as APPS, but got the same kind of errors:
