Few Users data is missing in WF_USER_ROLES (PRODUCTION)

Hi Experts,


  I found a critical situation in PRODUCTION as some of the users data is missing in WF_USER_ROLES. Due to this many PO's are getting Errored.


  We have no Idea how they are deleted.


 PLease help me.
