upgrade 12.0.4 to 12.1.3

HiWe are going to upgrade 12.0.4 to 12.1.3 and i followed noted 454811.1 to upgrade 10.1.3.0.0 to 10.1.3.5.0.We are going to apply patch
8626084 but we have facing too much problems to applying it. At the moment i have to set orainventory
properly in /etc/oraInst.loc so that ORACLE_HOME is correctly patched.

Pls guide

Os version is EL 5..5
database version is 11.2.0.1
