enterprise manager enable issue

 Dear experts,
  I created database using dbca, using template for oracle retail for example rwms database, rms database, but did not enable enterprise manager at that time.  My database is up and running, but now I want to enable the enterprise manager to maintain my database using enterprise manager.  So, when I am starting enterprise manager using emctl start dbconsole 


[dbuserr@dba2 ~$ emctl start dbconsole

OC4J configuration issue. /retekdb/oracle/11.2.0.2/oc4j/j2ee/OC$J_DBConsole_dba2.versantindia.com_testdb not found

Then I went to this locations and I found these following files:

[dbuser@dba2 j2ee]$ pwd
