Requisitions to be created as Approved, then PO to be created and Approved also automatically

Hi All,

We have a requirement specified below
1) We wanted requisitions to be imported in approved status.
After this we wanted PO's to get created automatically and also get approved automatically without flowing through the approval process.

For getting the requisitions created in approved status , we are passing the authorization_status column as APPROVED and the requisitions are getting created in APPROVED status.

Now how can i create PO and then have it approved automatically without flowing through the approval hierarchy.
