Setting ssd_max_throttle

Hello,
I would like to know how to calculate the amount of ssd_max_throttle to put in place instead of the default = 256.
We Have a SUN T4-2 with 2 Qlogic HBA like initiator, connected on the HDS-USPV Storage Array target.
100 LUN are seing by both HBA on this T4-2.

This Question, because I'm using the ZFS Filesystem for Oracle database, and they are specified to Tunne this parametter for the Queue_depth performance.
