LOADING OF OPSS JAVA SECURITY POLICY PROVIDER FAILED DUE TO EXCEPTION

Hi Gurus,

I have Installed weblogic 12c and SOA 11.1.1.6 on Linux 6.3 64 Bit.But,when i start the weblogci server , the get error as :

LOADING OF OPSS JAVA SECURITY POLICY PROVIDER FAILED DUE TO EXCEPTION
JPS-06514: OPENING OF FILE BASED FARM KEYSTORE FAILED

Can you please help me in resolving the issue.

Note: This is a fresh Installation.
