Is DB Console running past reboot on ODA 2.4

Hi all,
can sb. verify that DB Console will (not) run after a reboot.
Manually starting DB Console will show "started" but trying to connect with a html browser will lead to an error.

Post installation, I was able to connect to dbconsole using a html browser.

I want to find out, whether this behaviour is related to my environment or whether this is a general issue
