Installation 8.1.1.7 Siebel Tools and developer web client

 Hi Siebel Gurus,

I have installed Siebel 8.1.1.7 on one of our Development machine Windows 2008 R2 (64-bit ) and i have the requirement of installing Siebel Tools and developer web client 8.1.1.7 on Windows 2008 R2 (64-bit) OS.

I have read some articles saying it is not supported, Please suggest if there is any workaround or shall i go ahead with the installation and will it work in the end?
