Thread: root.sh(crs instl) in 2nd node fails with "Failed to upgrade Oracle Cluster Registry configu

root.sh fails with the below error in the 2nd node:

Failed to upgrade Oracle Cluster Registry configuration

the log file contains :

Oracle Database 10g CRS Release 10.2.0.1.0 Production Copyright 1996, 2005 Oracle. All rights reserved.
