API Program Error (Validate_Charge_Details): transaction_type_id - Migration from 11i to R12

Hi,

When we trying to create service charge via standard API in R12 instance, we got the following error.

API Program Error (Validate_Charge_Details): transaction_type_id shoudn't be NULL

But we don't have any data related with service activity, billing type and items in 11i. What is your suggestion.

We need your urgent help.
