Move Order Issue

Hi, 
Our implementation uses Move Order Issues to consume inventory items from the warehouse.  We are using R12.13.  The org is an avg costing org.  Each move order issue transaction is costed based on the avg cost of the item.  Is there any way we can add a Markup cost to each transaction line on that Move Order that gets charged to the same charge account?  Is this possible during the Transact Move Order process?  We don't want to update the unit cost of the item as that will impact the new avg cost of the item.  Any thoughs?
