This one-hour session is recommended for technical and functional users who will be expected to implement OPM with ASCP at some point. This introduction covers some basic OPM specific considerations that will allow the listner to be able to determine the differences in Plan Options (Constraints) as most suitable for the business requirement. Further modeling within the Plant Resource, Activity and resource Throughput will be discussed. Finally intra-route overlapping of resource requirements will be detailed.
