Not able to print label through MSCA (oracle mobile application)

Hi ,

When I am trying to print lable by using MSCA it is showing as print submitted to XYZ printer but does not create any request as well as does not print label,

However same thing when i am trying from Oracle R12 application print request is submitted to XYZ printer and print is also generatin

please refer attachment
