Change assistant - deployment issue

Hi All,
I have a further issue concerning Change Assistant: when I find ESU I would like to deploy and click Download and Deploy I get the deployment error saying that file ca not be downloaded because "EnterpriseOne is not Installed" which obviously is not true because it is my deployment server and is feeling quite fine... On the other hand when I cick just download, it downloads without any issues.

The other question is if I need to deploy my ESUs by Change Assistant? CanI do it traditional way through Electronic Software Updates application inside JDE?
