Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Scheduled Concurrent Programs missing after Instance Clone

When our DBAs clone instance from PROD, we see that some concurrent programs are losing their schedule information.

We have 240 jobs and it is getting difficult to re-sechedule the programs for which schedule is lost.

Is there a Metalink Note, which I can suggest to my DBA team that will ensure that schedules jobs remain intact after instance clones.
