Export of Search results is limited

Hello

Has anyone run into this problem. We have Agile 9.3.1.2. I created a several custom searches that I know should have approximately 70-80,000 records when I export the results. However no matter what search I run I only get 65,536 results. The searches involve either mfr part numbers and their associated compliance specifications or regular  part numbers and their associated compliance specifications. I know there are results missing from the report because when I run searches on mfr part numbers for just a specific manufacturer there are records that do not  show up in the more generic searches that include all
