Preview Media (P04512FP) prints width of 126 and cuts off the amounts. 
On Work with All Spool Files (WRKSPLF command), choose 8 (Attributes) for the report output to also display Page Size: Width of 126.

For Preview Media (P04512FP), verified one or more of the following to determine if the width has been overridden:

  • On Versions List, choose 6 (Enter Printer Overrides) for the version to verify the Maximum Form Width is set to 132 or blank.
  • On Data Dictionary, verify Default Value for item WDTH (Maximum Form Width) is set to 132
  • On Change Printer File (CHGPRTF command), set File to R04512FP, and then press Enter.
