What products need to be licensed for Supplier Data Hub?

We have an SR open with Support because there are a couple of business events that are not firing as they should.  Support is telling us that we need to install iSupplier Portal in order to get these to work properly but this is in direct contradiction to the Oracle Note listed below (I’ve excerpted the relevant portion of the Note). Here are the specific business events we are trying to subscribe to:

 

We want to use Business Events related to Supplier UDAs as below,

oracle.apps.pos.sdh.ext.postAttributeChange Post-Update Event

oracle.apps.pos.sdh.ext.preAttributeChange Pre-Update Event
