Repair and Return w/o Depot Repair module

Hi,
I want to setup Repair and Return process w/o Depot Repair module. Can anyone has any pointers?

Ideally, agent will submit charge lines for customer units which are NOT in support contract.
  1. First we want to Return the damaged unit to our service INV Org (via OM & INV)
  2. Move the unit to Repair Sub INV
  3. Quote Customer for repair charges
  4. Get the PO from Customer
  5. Repair the unit
  6. Ship it to Customer via OM (same Order as its received) 
  • First line Return w/No-Credit
  • Second line Ship line
