Use Multi lingual billing

The we wants to use Multi lingual billing. When we contacted Oracle, we were told that this could be done only on a Unicode database.

The are currently having non-Unicode data on SQL Server 2008R2.

1.       Have anybody worked on anything similar in any earlier project?

2.       Do anybody have any document/assessment report of any such project?

3.       If the answer to the above questions is yes, then

a.       How had you worked on the Timelines ?

b.      What were the steps involved?

c.       Are there any prerequisites we need to keep in mind?

d.      Any hard lessons learnt? Any concerns we would need to address?
