Key Enhancements in BRM 7.4 Patch Set 16

Billing Enhancements

For a wholesale customer account involving large number of services, the cycle fees can now be applied in parallel before billing thereby improving the billing performance.

BRM Database Enhancements

BRM Database now supports creation of virtual columns on tables thereby optimizing database storage space.

Collections Center Enhancements

To improve performance, the Collections Center now includes a search criteria based on which the Tasks List is displayed in Agent and Manager views. Also, a threshold can be configured which limits the number of Tasks to be displayed.
