Agreement not visible in Iproc

 Hello
I am new to Iprocurement...
If I create a global Blanket po in core purchasing, I thought I would see this agreement in Iproc as well.
(I copied an GBPA agreement which is viewable in Iproc so it is not related to item setup or whatever)
is there a request I need to run ?
