FSG report terminating due to signal 6 error

We have an FSG Financial report that users runs and it fails giving this error below.  The report was last run in November, but we have done nothing with the report.  Did some code change where we are now getting this error?

/u01/ebs/TEST/testappl/rg/11.5.0/bin/RGRARG
Program was terminated by signal 6

I came across this note that talks about the error we are getting.  We did everything it says to do in this note and it still fails with that error.
