automated workflow for english and french

hi,i have 2 seperate automated workflows for english and  french. (see attachment, both english and french are set up the same)

i was wondering, if a contact has originally registered under english language preference and has already entered the english automated workflow, but as they're still in the english workflow, has decided to change their language preference to french, will they exit the english workflow and enter the french one?
