11.2.0.3 install 2 node cluster root.sh error crsconfig_lib.pm line 9196

I'm runing on Oracle Linux 6.2 - two node cluster install.Also I'm using ASM for the OCR storage and Voting disks on iSCSI storage device with multipath.

Here is the root.sh script output:

[root@oracleA ~]# /u01/app/11.2.0/grid5/root.sh

Performing root user operation for Oracle 11g

 The following environment variables are set as:
    ORACLE_OWNER= oracle
    ORACLE_HOME=  /u01/app/11.2.0/grid5 

Enter the full pathname of the local bin directory: [/usr/local/bin]:

The contents of "dbhome" have not changed. No need to overwrite.

The file "oraenv" already exists in /usr/local/bin.  Overwrite it? (y/n)
