Discrete Job COMPLETED, but materials not ISSUED

Hi,

We have 2 jobs with the status mentioned in the subject. We have these 2 jobs in WIP_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE with Error as below.

Status  : Error
Phase   : Backflush setup
Message : Some records in this group cause errors. Check error interface table for more information.

 &MESSAGE Ex.. in updateOnhand ..oracle.apps.inv.transaction.utilities.InvTrxException Transaction processor error
Ex.. in updateOnhand ..oracle.apps.inv.transaction.utilities.InvTrxException

Getting below error message while re-process.

APP-FND-01016: Routine FDFRKS: Unknown structure ID 0 for flexfield code GL# with application ID 101

We tried to issue two components (Assembly Pull)  (one component with positive onhand and another one with negative onhand) manually for this job. Only the component with positive onhand issued successfully.
