What is the difference between General ledger reconcillation report and transactions available for

Hi,

I want to know What  is the difference between General ledger reconciliation report and transactions available for reconciliation.

As per standard functionality  of general ledger reconciliation report,it should show all unreconciled transactions if am not wrong.

But system not showing unreconciled payments in this report.Can you please explain what could be the reason.
