UBE debug logs not getting generated.

Have a strange issue. Noticed that the jde.log & debug logs are not getting generated by the  UBE's. The settings are in place according to E1: SVM: UBE Logging For A Report Called From An Application Or A Function Using Server Manager [ID 955463.1].The normal kernel logs & debugs are generated. There are no corresponding logs in the printqueue folder as well.
