Auto adjustment of chart and manual projection of x axis and y axis labels in BI Publisher Chart

Hi all
  Auto adjustment of chart is not working. Also how can I manually project xaxis and y axis labels. As of now it is giving based on the xml.

  As per the SR I am posting it here.
