How to schedule AP create accounting process

Hi,

Currently create accounting process we are running below concurrent requests in sequence, can we bundle it together and auto schedule it to run every day 2am, please advice how can we do it.

1) Update matured bills payable status

   maturity date --> current date

2) Create accounting

   Ledger      --> ABC Group

   End Date    --> Current Date

   Mode        --> Final

   Errors only --> No

   Report      --> Detail

   Transfer to General Ledger --> Yes

   Post in General ledger     --> No

   General Ledger Batch Name  --> CreatAccounting_20DEC12
