Benefit pool Excess credits Roll over

Gurus,

I am implementing OAB and on R12.1.3

I have a requirement wherein I need to move unused Flex credits to FSA or HSA account.

I am able to achieve this requirement through Benefit Pool where in Flex Program Enrollmengt screen , in Excess credits tab I mention the amount which needs to be rolled over.

This works fine as long as I have only one Spending Account defined and added in the Benefits Pool screen.(3rd Tab Roll over).

The moment I define 2 plans , FSA or HSA in the Benefit Pools screen for rollover, I am not able to save excess credits tab in the Flex Enrollment screen.( Error : APP-BEN-91939)
