Unable to complete manual journal entries in SLA

Hi:I'm creating manual journal entries in SLA with the API  XLA_JOURNAL_ENTRIES_PUB_PKG, but i have a problem when i try to complete the journal entry, the API returns this values:

V_completion_retcode: X
V_return_status:U
v_msg_count: 1
v_msg_data: FND

The data exists in tables XLA_AE_HEADERS, XLA_AE_LINES, XLA_TRANSACTION_ENTITIES, XLA_EVENTS, but in the table XLA_ACCOUNTING_ERRORS there is not data for the event.
Any idea about how i can to complete journal entries and send to GL?
